A Day in the Life of a Controller

I begin the day checking emails received from clients, London employees, travel staff, and requests from Dallas employees.  I start getting checks prepared to be signed and mailed for the day.  I then check the American Express, HSBC, and US Bank accounts for the credit lines and any incoming deposits.  The remainder of the day I spend sending checks and bank transfers for MPW UK, MPW US, and Scout Clinical.  This is a typical day, but others include reconciling American Express statements, reconciling bank statements, and preparing petty cash requests.  My workdays tend to go by quickly as I am usually busy all day.  I enjoy my work and try to be as accurate as possible.
