EVP, Meeting Operations
Saimah joined Meeting Protocol in 2006 as part of the Travel Staff team and then came on board full-time as a Program Manager in 2010. She has since gone on to be Senior Program Manager, Operations Manager of our London office, Vice President Operations, and now EVP of Meeting Operations. Saimah has experience planning meetings in Europe, United States, Africa, Asia, Australia, and South America. Before becoming a part of Meeting Protocol, Saimah worked in marketing, which she taps into to enhance the experiential aspects of meetings.
Board Member
Brett joined Meeting Protocol in 1998 after working in the supply chain industry. He has served as a Program Manager, Contracts and Sourcing, and other capacities at Meeting Protocol. In his capacity as Board Member, Brett is also responsible for the family’s investment partnership. Brett is one of the founders of AccessBank Texas where he serves on the Board of Directors, is on the Executive and Directors Loan committees, and is chairman for the Assets and Liabilities committee.
EVP, Atlas and Quality
KimberLee’s career in life sciences began in 1998 with her work at a subsidiary of the World Health Organization. She joined the Meeting Protocol family in 2001 and has served in multiple capacities in her 20-year tenure. When Scout Clinical was founded in 2015, KimberLee was part of the core team of innovators who brought it to the marketplace and served as the Vice President, Patient Services. She presently serves as the President of Atlas. KimberLee hopes that her commitment to meet people’s needs comes through in her dedication to the patients, sites, and clinical research professionals we support at Meeting Protocol, Atlas, and Scout Clinical.
CEO
Paige became a part of Meeting Protocol in 1999 to establish and manage the London office. After 5 years abroad, Paige returned to the Dallas headquarters as COO. Before becoming a part of Meeting Protocol, Paige was in sales, first dictation equipment and then surgical supplies. Paige brings her vast knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry as well as her extensive international travel to keep propelling Meeting Protocol forward.
CIO
Matt joined Meeting Protocol in 2013 to manage increasing compliance and reporting responsibilities. Since then Meeting Protocol has continued to develop capabilities and now has one of the most robust HCP reporting platforms in the industry. Matt also oversees Meeting Protocol’s patient travel and reimbursement line of business, Scout Clinical and has helped grow it into one of the leading providers of travel and reimbursement services to patients participating in clinical trials. Matt has 15 years of experience working with companies to improve their technology, operations and finances across a wide variety of industries. Matt brings this experience to Meeting Protocol and helps leverage technology so we can focus our human capital on the constantly evolving needs of our clients.
EVP, Commercial Strategy
Alex joined Scout in January 2022 to oversee our commercial functions including the proposals and contracts teams. With 15 years of experience in the clinical research industry, Alex brings a depth of knowledge spanning proposals, commercial finance, and sales enablement functions. His passion for translating complex business requirements into tailored and executable solutions ensures our customers that their unique portfolio objectives will consistently be met. Alex is ready to demonstrate why no client request is too big or too small for Scout to accommodate.
VP, Contracts & Sourcing
Brian joined Meeting Protocol in 2000, after working as a radio disc jockey. His specialty is sourcing and contracting the meetings that come through Meeting Protocol. His knowledge of hotels, currencies, visas, and air lift ensure that our clients are in the best hotel, in the best city, with the best pricing possible. Brian’s personality makes adapting to changes on the fly a breeze.
Founder and Chairman of the Board
Pat established Meeting Protocol Worldwide in 1995 after 10 years of meeting and event planning experience with another company. What began as a one-woman operation is now a multi-national, family-owned and operated company with over 50 full-time and 30 part-time employees. Pat’s experience in the industry, as well as her involvement in both daily operations and onsite meeting management, maintains the high service level Meeting Protocol is known for.
COO
Moisha joined Scout Clinical as a Strategic Advisor in 2021 before becoming COO in 2023 to drive revenue, market impact, and corporate value. A skilled negotiator and cross-functional leader, his extensive experience includes having successfully built a company from startup to early growth stage, financial and operational consultancy, and leadership recruitment. With over 20 years of pharmaceutical industry executive leadership and advisory expertise, Moisha blends strategic analysis, creativity and business savvy with clear thinking, decisiveness and engaging interpersonal style to deliver results in key performance areas.
CRO
Kuno joined Meeting Protocol in March of 2023. He spent his early working years as an environmental change researcher at the University of Liverpool where he also completed his PhD. He transitioned into sales and marketing and has stayed in that space in the life sciences ever since, with one exception that included traveling throughout Latin America, teaching English as foreign language and studying Portuguese and Spanish. Kuno has over 20 years of experience working with large and small companies alike in the life sciences, and is dedicated to ensuring the industry knows Scout Clinical makes it easier for patients to stick with it.
EVP, Strategic Accounts
Kristin joined Scout Clinical in 2022 to develop and lead the Strategic Project Management team, ensuring collaborative, successful client partnerships and quality delivery. Kristin has contributed to the clinical research industry for over 25 years, serving in project management of full-service Phase I-III clinical trials for over 17 years. Kristin’s experience guiding and supporting cross-functional global teams and vendors, her broad understanding of the clinical research process, and her passion to foster patient-centric clinical trials are directed toward exceeding client and patient expectations. Kristin is dedicated to continually elevating patient engagement and satisfaction throughout the clinical trial such that new safe and effective therapies are brought to market.
CFO
Casey joined Meeting Protocol Worldwide in September of 2023. Casey has extensive experience consulting Fortune 500 companies on their growth strategy and new business ventures, and has helped implement capabilities to deliver innovation performance. As an entrepreneur and senior executive, Casey has led, sold and incubated startup businesses in multiple industries including healthcare software and services with a deep proficiency in product design and development, corporate finance and accounting, branding and positioning, business model design, growth and marketing strategy, and raising capital.
